Can I have more than one item insured?
Yes you can. Simply add the products you wish to takeout in to your basket then go to the checkout section.
Do you need my receipt?
This does sometimes help when you provide us with all the information. Please note that if you cannot provide all the correct information it can sometimes slow down your claim.
Can I insure someone else's appliance?
Of course you can. You must own the appliance that you are insuring but you may also pay for someone else’s insurance. They must be named on the policy and own the appliance insured on the policy. For full details check our terms HERE.
I cannot find my appliance!
That’s ok. Simply select the other section on the product page and choose the cover you require. Alternatively email us at enquiries@hainingandwright.com or call us on 0203 1111 456.
Can you insure commercial appliances?
Sorry, we can only cover Domestic appliances.
How can I pay?
You can select to pay either monthly or annually by Direct Debit or by card via our PayPal checkout.

What documents will I get?
You will receive an email confirming you username to access our login section where you can download or view all your policy documents including terms and conditions and Key facts. You can also update your email address and physical address here. When you first take out a policy with us we will also email copies of your documents to you.
How do I change the payment date?
Just give us a quick call or email and we can get that changed for you.
What do your policies not cover?
The main exclusions are listed in the terms and conditions and can be found HERE.
When am I covered from?
Your cover starts once your first payment has been debited from your account.
Claiming
How do I make a claim?
All claims must be reported to us as soon as possible by calling 0203 1111 456. Further information can be found on our terms and conditions HERE.
Is there an excess to pay?
No, with all our policies we will never ask you to pay an excess, all our policies have zero excess.
How long does a claim take?
We always aim to get you back up and running but this depends on the availability of parts. Usually this will take less than 48 hours.
Is there a limit on the number of claims I can make?
There are no callout limits an our policies.

I have changed my appliance. How do I update my policy?

What should I do if I'm not happy?
We sincerely regret that you are unhappy. Please either call us on 0203 1111 456 or email complaints@hainingandwright.com where we will always try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
